The following return/exchange policy is designed to ensure you receive the right products as expected.

🔁 1. Cases Eligible for Return/Exchange:
Wrong item received: The product is not the correct model or type as ordered.

Missing items: Incomplete quantity or missing components as per the order.

Damaged packaging: Packaging is torn, scratched, broken, or otherwise damaged, affecting the product inside.

Product defect: The product is malfunctioning or does not meet quality standards (e.g., does not operate, objectively damaged), within the warranty scope provided by the manufacturer or supplier.

❌ 2. Cases NOT Eligible for Return/Exchange:
Incorrect return item: The returned item does not match the product originally purchased from LỖ SHOP.

Misuse: Improper use against the manufacturer's instructions (e.g., incorrect battery installation/charging, hacking/cracking, dropped/damaged by user).

Expired warranty: The product is beyond its warranty period or does not comply with warranty conditions.

Product Inspection:
Customers are allowed to inspect the product before accepting it.
Please ask the delivery staff to contact LỖ SHOP before opening the package.
We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or breakage during transit if the item was not inspected upon delivery.

Shipping Partners:

Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days nationwide (excluding public holidays, Tet, and force majeure events).

Refusing Delivery:
